Join our Foreign Trip to Thailand!
Explore one of fastest growing economies in Southeast Asia and replace your skills block with a trip to Bangkok and Phuket! During the trip, we will visit companies including Unilever, German- and Dutch embassy, Henkel and Oxfam. Moreover, there will be plenty of time to explore the cities and experience the culture of this fascinating country. With a long weekend in Phuket we will make sure to enjoy the sun and the beautiful beaches of Thailand.
The Foreign Trip takes place in period 6 from the 17th June until the 1st July, 2017 and is organized in collaboration with the economics department of our faculty. It is an official skills course for economics and business economics students of all specializations as well as emerging market students.By writing a paper based on the knowledge and insights gained during the trip you can earn 4 ECTS credits and thereby replace your regular skills course in period 6.
The participation will be €780 for SCOPE members and 850€ for non-members. It includes transportation, accommodation, breakfast, social activities and all visits. You can apply on our website by submitting your CV, grade transcript and motivation letter explaining why you want to be part of the trip (max. 1 page). The application deadline is Sunday, 26th March 2017.
